GSA - United States Courthouse Owensboro, KY
IEC Systems worked with the GSA Kentucky Property Management Center to replace the controls at the United States Courthouse in Owensboro, KY. This facility was in need of replacement of an aging inoperable Johnson Controls Metasys system. The Owners team wanted to expand the web based LON EMCS that IEC Systems had installed in Frankfort KY the year prior.

Hugo Boss - Midway, GA Warehouse/Distribution
IEC Systems partnered with Westinghouse Lighting Solutions and Georgia Power to provide an energy-efficient lighting upgrade to Hugo Boss in Midway, GA.  This warehouse had over 400 HIDs that were changed, one for one, to Westinghouse Lighting Solutions’ T5 Hybrid Highbay fixtures. Depending on the area and need, two, three, and four lamp T5 fixtures were installed that increased light levels and reduced energy use by more than 50%.
